Our Monthly Coffee Meet Up continues in virtual format!

This month it's a little different. We will continue to use the "breakout rooms" feature in Zoom and allow connections in small groups. 

Please come prepared to share and contribute around this question:

DELEGATING

How do you hand off work and make sure it gets done to your standards, on time and efficiently?
Who do you delegate to? How do you find that person? How do you train, teach, develop their talent?

Bring your favorite mug of something, your most collaborative business brain and get ready to Connect, Share & Inspire one another.

In case there is any question or concern about joining this meeting I want to make it clear: As a business person and facilitator of this group, I stand for equality and reject all forms of social injustice and systemic violence. I stand in solidarity with all those working to rid our country of racism.

This is a safe place that speaks up on behalf of social justice. This group does not tolerate any form of racism.

Specifically: Black Lives Matter; here and everywhere. Period.

This month's meeting and all future meetings will be held with this creed at its core.
